Michael has found his life’s passion in improving people’s happiness. He achieves this through fitness and changing people’s attitudes to how exercise can make you feel. His favorite exercise is a barbell deadlift and he is best known for constantly having his shirt off.

Tara brings her passion for health and fitness from Ireland to sunny San Diego, helping others build strength and confidence in and out of the gym. With a background as a Health Coach focused on weight loss psychology, she's now a Personal and Group Trainer, blending physical and mental wellness. Most likely to win "most talkative": Tara.

Meagan aka Meagalife is passionate about helping people achieve their goals through nutrition coaching and pushing yourself hard in the gym. She has trained at The Glute Lab under Bret Contreras (“The Glute Guy”) and can grow you the booty you’ve always dreamed of.

Ruby has been a personal trainer for six years, specializing in helping clients overcome pain and postural challenges to move better and feel stronger in their everyday lives. She joined The Movement Warehouse shortly after relocating to San Diego in 2024 and enjoys being part of the gym's close-knit community.

Born in New Zealand, he has been in and out of the gym for half his life. He is passionate about motivation in all forms whether improving flexibility, strength or increasing happiness. You will most always find him in a good mood and having to repeat himself in his terrible American accent. If he’s not at the gym he’s out running barefoot on the bay.
